$25M distribution warehouse making its way to El Mirage

Phoenix's industrial landscape will add a $25 million investment to aid the West Valley's logistics and supply chain dynamics. Real estate lender BridgeInvest closed a construction loan on a distribution warehouse facility spanning 13.3 acres at 9755 N. El Mirage Road, in El Mirage. The project will be a one-story distribution center encompassing 216,688 square feet.
Construction is set to begin this month with an expected completion in July 2024.
