Alex Horn
Managing Partner

Alex is a founding member of BridgeInvest. He is responsible for deal origination, structuring of investments and daily operations. Prior to founding BridgeInvest, Alex served on the New Ventures team at SecondMarket where he helped grow the company through the development of new and existing business lines. During his time at the firm, SecondMarket more than doubled in size becoming the premier marketplace for private company securities, auction rate securities, bankruptcy claims and restricted public equity. Alex is a graduate of Columbia University.

Ian Glaser
Partner

Ian is a Partner at BridgeInvest, responsible for capital origination, deal execution, structuring of investments, finance and daily operations. Prior to BridgeInvest, Ian focused on business development and capital origination within Credit Suisse’s Alternative Investments group, a global platform managing over $180 billion in hedge funds, credit, real estate and private equity strategies for institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. Ian directly contributed to over $2 billion in gross new assets from mandates won across both liquid and illiquid strategies. Ian is a graduate of Columbia University.

Jon Gitman
Partner

Jon is a Partner at BridgeInvest, responsible for deal origination, underwriting and expanding the company’s presence in new markets, including Charlotte and Houston. Prior to BridgeInvest, Jon was an Acquisitions Associate with Resource Real Estate where he was charged with the deployment of a $750 million private REIT focused on the acquisition and work-out of non-performing commercial real estate and real estate related debt throughout the United States.  In this capacity, Jon was directly responsible for the acquisition of over 20 investments totaling approximately $500 million in value. Jon is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in both finance and real estate.

Javier Herrera
Vice President

Javier is a Vice President of Originations at BridgeInvest, responsible for deal origination and business development. Prior to BridgeInvest, Javier was a Director of Business Development and Origination at Pensam Funding. He was responsible for originating approximately $100 million in senior bridge debt and preferred equity/mezzanine investments. Prior to Pensam, Javier was with a South Florida-based commercial real estate fund, underwriting and managing distressed real estate transactions across the United States. Javier is a graduate of Florida International University.

Daniel Stahl
Associate

Daniel is an Associate at BridgeInvest, responsible for due diligence, deal execution, structuring and asset management. Prior to BridgeInvest, Daniel was a Bankruptcy/Specialty Accounts Manager with Wells Fargo Bank, where he led teams of Specialists focused on managing a $100 million high-risk personal property loan portfolio. He worked for Wells Fargo for over four years, maximizing the recovery of high risk accounts and implementing best practices that were adopted throughout the division. While at Wells Fargo Dealer Services, he assisted in consolidating the personal property bankruptcy and legal divisions into a single department based in Dallas, Texas. Daniel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Violetta Rotman
Associate

Violetta is an Associate at BridgeInvest, responsible for deal origination, due diligence and underwriting. Prior to BridgeInvest, Violetta was an Associate at Torchlight Investors where she was an asset manager in the Special Servicing department. She was responsible for negotiating distressed loan workouts and managing an REO portfolio of over $65M in unpaid principal balance nationwide. Prior to Torchlight, Violetta was with Elad National Properties on the acquisitions team and with Avison Young in commercial brokerage. Violetta is a graduate of Drexel University.

Valerie Rodriguez
Finance and Investor Relations 

Valerie is responsible for finance and investor relations at BridgeInvest, with a particular focus on financial operations, accounting, reporting and loan servicing. Prior to BridgeInvest, Valerie served on the Real Estate team for MKF Group in New York where she was involved in successfully managing and developing an international portfolio of residential and commercial properties in North and South America. Valerie is a graduate of Hofstra University with concentrations in both management and accounting.
